You do not need to participate in any clearance procedures.

Customs clearance service fees (charged by the freight forwarder);

Delivery: The freight forwarder will deliver the goods directly to your designated address (home, warehouse, etc.). You do not need to pick up the package from customs or pay any additional fees upon delivery.
4.3.2 DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): Cost-Saving Option with Clear Fee Responsibility
This term applies only to bulk orders (100+ units) or special requests, where you may opt for lower upfront shipping costs:

Customs Clearance: We still arrange for the freight forwarder to assist with basic clearance procedures (e.g., submitting shipping documents) to avoid delays. However, the final step of "fee settlement" requires your cooperation.

Fees Not Covered: Customs duties and import taxes are not included in your order’s total. The freight forwarder or local delivery carrier will notify you of the applicable fee amount (based on the destination country’s customs regulations) before delivering the package.

Delivery: You must settle the required duties/import taxes directly with the freight forwarder/carrier first—only after payment is confirmed will the package be delivered to your address. If fees are unpaid, the package may be held at customs, and you may need to coordinate with local authorities to retrieve it (we will provide guidance if this occurs).
4.3.3 How to Confirm Your Shipping Term

For retail or small bulk orders (fewer than 100 units), we default to DDP (door-to-door, no extra fees) unless you explicitly request DDU during checkout.
