This Price Policy explains how we set, display, and update prices on our multi-language, multi-currency website, and clarifies cost coverage based on our two international shipping terms (DDU/DDP). We do not charge extra fees for currency conversion. However, please note:

3. Taxes, Duties & Shipping Fee Coverage (By Shipping Term)
We offer two international shipping terms (DDU/DDP) with distinct cost coverage—your order’s total cost will vary based on the term you select (or the default term for your order type):
3.1 DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): All-Inclusive, No Extra Costs
This is our default term for retail orders and small bulk orders (fewer than 100 units)—designed for a "one-time payment, hassle-free" experience. The total cost you pay (product price + shipping fee) includes:

3.2 DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): Lower Upfront Cost, Clear Additional Fees
This term applies only to large bulk orders (100+ units) or custom requests (where you opt for lower upfront shipping costs). The total cost you pay at checkout includes:

Product Price: Covers the cost of goods + applicable local taxes.

Shipping Fee: Covers only international transportation costs and basic customs clearance assistance (e.g., submitting shipping documents).
Not included in checkout cost: Customs duties and import taxes imposed by the destination country. Before delivery, the freight forwarder or local carrier will notify you of the exact fee amount (based on customs regulations for your region). You must settle these fees directly with the forwarder/carrier to receive your package—unpaid fees may result in the package being held at customs.
3.3 How to Confirm Your Shipping Term & Total Cost

For retail/small bulk orders: We default to DDP. The checkout page will clearly label "DDP - All Fees Included" next to the total amount, so you know no extra costs apply.

For large bulk/custom orders: Our sales team will send you a detailed quote (via email) that specifies:

The shipping term (DDU/DDP) you’ve selected;

A breakdown of costs (product price, shipping fee, and—for DDP—estimated duties/taxes);

4. Price Accuracy & Errors
4.1 Efforts to Ensure Accuracy
We work to keep all prices, currency conversions, and tax calculations accurate—especially during our monthly exchange rate updates. However, due to technical issues, unexpected market shifts, or human error, occasional pricing errors may occur (e.g., a product showing an incorrect price in a selected currency).
4.2 How We Handle Pricing Errors
